We have been with Bigscoots since February 8, 2015. I decided to move us away from Hostgator after they were acquired by EIG and years of great service went up in smoke overnight.

Bigscoots isn't a name I've ever heard of, but all the comments I found online on the hosting forums kept mentioning them and their great support. What really matters to a hosting company isn't what happens when things are working; that's what happens when they don't. BigScoots always delivers results! We had some problems during those 8 years and there was always support. Not long after moving, we moved to VPS. Switching to a dedicated server is not difficult. The support remained great all the way through. Justin, Scott and the rest of the team are very responsive and you will receive a response on their ticket system very quickly.

We have used many hosting companies in our work and we have not used one better than BigScoots. Whenever possible, we migrate all customers to our hosting service. At any time, we can provide fast, reliable hosting that we know will work.

There are cheaper options, but you get what you pay for when it comes to hosting. If you look for the cheapest solution available, don't expect great support. I'd love to have great support at any time, because a website that's constantly down will cost your business more money than you'd save with cheaper hosting. If your website is always down, it will also lose trust. You cannot buy it back.
